Warm and spicy baked doughnuts - delicious with a cup of tea.

INGREDIENTS
Serving size: Makes 16 doughnuts.
• 2 cups plain flour
• 3/4 cup coconut sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp ground allspice
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/3 cup plant milk
• 1/3 cup plant milk
• 6 tbsp aquafaba*
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
Streusel Topping
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup plain flour
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 3 tbsp Chai Spiced Coconut & Sunflower Seed Butter
Glaze
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 tsp milk
METHOD :
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease doughnut pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
3. Using a hand or stand mixer, beat in each wet ingredient, one by one, until light, fluffy, and well combined.
4. Fold mixture evenly into the bottom half of the prepared doughnut pan.
5. Mix ingredients for streusel topping together until crumbly.
6. Top each doughnut with streusel topping.
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Glaze:
In a small saucepan, stir together glaze ingredients until combined (approx. 10 sec). Drizzle over the cooled doughnuts and indulge!
